At TailFoods, we want you and your pets to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products — animal treats, vitamins, and supplements — we maintain strict return policies to ensure product safety and quality.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original, intact packaging.
  • Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • Products with broken or compromised packaging are ineligible for return.
  • This policy applies to all Tailfoods products, including stand-up pouches of treats and supplement bottles.

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be shipped back to us in its original, unopened condition within this period.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at returns@tailfoods.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with detailed return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where we have sent incorrect or defective products.

Please package items securely to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

Approved returns will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

⚠️ Please note that while we process refunds promptly, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account due to processing times with banks or payment providers. This delay is beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must notify us within 1 day of receiving the package by emailing returns@tailfoods.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package immediately upon delivery. We cannot be held responsible for damages or issues reported after this inspection period.

Once notified on time, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Important Considerations

We cannot accept returns of opened products due to hygiene and safety concerns.

TailFoods is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit; please keep your return shipment tracking details.
